Research Overview

Academic Review Summary: Core Metrics for Battery State Estimation Focus Areas: Ground Truth Sourcing, Current Estimation Deviations, and "Research Integrity" Self-Check. The review begins by interrogating the origin of ground truth data and identifying conditions under which estimation errors escalate.

After switching the data source, all sections in this workspace—Experimental Conditions, Ground Truth Construction, SOC Estimation, SOH Estimation, Error Decomposition, Record Table, and Professional Reports—will use the selected dataset for calculations and display.
The first row of metrics currently uses the built-in research dataset (DST conditions). After switching to "Real-time Data" or "User Data" in the "Data Source" section above, all dashboard columns will use this new source for calculations.

Real-world link · Authentic BMS data

idle
Real device not connected yet: Select a USB serial or Bluetooth link in the "Communication Interface" and grant browser permissions. Once connected, this section and the top row of metrics will display real-time BMS data including voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH, and cell data. Until then, the top row metrics and charts are sourced from your graduation project research dataset (built-in DST/HPPC profiles), using identical field names and meanings. Real measurements take precedence once the device is connected.
Real-world test data can be recorded on the Battery Analysis page. To generate a test analysis summary and an experimental data table, select "Test Records" as the data source on the Reports page after enabling recording.
This page includes the Research Integrity Self-Check, RMSE Radar, and tabs for Experimental Conditions, Ground Truth Construction, SOC Estimation, SOH Estimation, Error Decomposition, Logs, and Professional Reports. All sections dynamically update based on the Data Source selector at the top: "Demo Data" (built-in research datasets) by default; switch to "Real-time Data" upon device connection; or select "User Data" after uploading a CSV file. Once switched, algorithm results and value tables in all tabs are recalculated using the selected dataset.

Real-time single-cell array

idle
Real devices not yet connected: Click "Connect" in the serial port list under "Communication Interface," or click "Identify New Serial Port and Connect." Authorize the USB-to-serial device via the browser pop-up. Once completed, this section will display the real-time single-cell voltage array based on the actual reported number of ports (consistent with the overview on the "Battery Analysis" page).Go to Communication Interface

Real-time data storage

AES-256-GCM
All local data is encrypted end-to-end. The host computer reads, decrypts, and converts this encrypted data into an Excel-compatible CSV file only when you select "Professional Report → Export CSV Data." Encryption and decryption are performed using a key derived from a unique internal credential passphrase.
Cloud storage is limited by your site's plan: each session can write up to 5000 data points, a single table supports up to 100,000 rows, and only the latest 10 sessions are retained. Older sessions are automatically deleted. For large datasets, we recommend local encrypted storage (free with no row limits).

Research Integrity Self-Check

reviewer-check
✓SOC reference constructed (Amp-hour integration @ known initial value and capacity baseline)
✓Capacity calibration complete (C_now / C_new, SOH defined)
✓OCV-SOC fit RMSE < 5 mV (pre-model)
✓Multi-condition validation covering DST / HPPC / FTP-75
✓Cross-battery validation (train A · test B/C)
✓Error decomposed by operating condition, interval, and temperature
