Sulfide All-Solid-State Battery Successfully Tested in Real-World Vehicle; First Domestic On-Vehicle Deployment

Qingdao Zhongke Yuanben's self-developed sulfide all-solid-state battery pack has been successfully installed on test vehicles and validated under real-world road conditions. This marks the first publicly reported instance in China of a sulfide all-solid-state battery being deployed in operation. By replacing traditional liquid electrolytes with solid-state electrolytes, this achievement represents a critical first step toward bringing this cutting-edge technology to vehicle applications.
